Good room, amazing view from pool, great location.

Pool has an amazing view, and the location is close to everything and right by the Loh Dalum beach. The rooms are clean and got everything you might need.

Only downside is that neighbors can see your entire room when the curtains are open - so if you want privacy, you have to be with the room lightning only.

Great hotel in a good location but could be more comfortable.

Very good location and relatively nice rooms.

I read the reviews about the hard beds and thought it couldn’t be that bad but they were right. The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. The breakfast selection is also quite average. The shower curtain and internal window to the bed is a bit unnecessary. Shower curtains always feel unclean.

Great location!! walking distance from everything!

there is several night clubs on the beach and it's all you can hear! starts at 8pm until 3am! it's that loud it sounds like it's in the room with you!!

Old hotel but cheap and nice

The location is great, close to the island center and 5 min walk from the pier. The staff are very kindly. We had a cold water in the shower and they fixed it. The pool is very nice

-Slaty water in the shower and sink -The design of the lights in the room is very bad, we were on the ground floor and if we wanted light in the room we had to open the curtain, and then people from the hotel can see you. -there is a noise from all the beach parties, but it's a problem in all the hotels nearby the center.

Location is amazing pool is good and lengthy bit less noisy at night compare to other places in the island. it's a good point if you are travel with family. all the beach clubs and restaurants are walking distance.

Right beside ferry and easy access to beach. Breakfast buffet had excellent variety.

Could do with a bit of redecoration. With humidity so high, room had a lot of condensation.

It is a good place, we enjoy the pool and was clean and relaxing.

They could offer lunch included or at least snacks.

Both bed sheets had some kind of white tiny stuff like sand . I ask to change sheets but still no improvement, I think it was the detergent chunks not rinsed off !

Location is perfect - just a few minor changes and this hotel could be great!

Room lovely and spacious.

I’d read the reviews about the beds being hard but did not expect them to be so hard - even with a topper it didn’t help much. The lighting in the room was poor and they didn’t have enough plug points by the bed - just one for the light! The pool is nice but the sunbeds need attention and the steps to the pool were broken.

Good location and liked the swim up pool room.

Location was really good, right by the harbour!

Beds were so hard it was like a prison bed. We all have stiff backs after our stay. Room smells of damp, condensation everywhere - need dehumidifier. Only sun loungers for 2 people even though 3 were staying in the room.

Great location with friendly staff that requires a bit of TLC!

Great location and friendly staff! The hotel put together an amazing feast for the NYE celebration with traditional Thai dancers and costumes. Everything beautifully done! The choice of western songs could had been more uplifting to set the mood.

Multiple times housekeeping forgot there were 3 of us in a 3 pax room and we had to ask for extra towels. Due to the quick turn around in the rooms, the towels either need to be bleached or replaced. They are a bit brownish. The hotel needs some extra love like a fresh coat of painting and a more updated decor at the reception area. The bathroom needs a bit of bleach to remove the mouldy spots due to poor ventilation. AC unit/air vents also require a deep a clean in order to avoid respiratory allergies. Unfortunately one of us had severe allergy reaction and had to rush to the pharmacy. Breakfast was delicious with a range of fresh fruit, bread, pancakes and Asian style breakfast. The water was salty, could be replaced with mineral water. The juice was away too sweet and egg station sort of hidden. It took us a while to locate it. Again, the repeated old classics playlist at breakfast could also be improved to something more uplifting or lounge like. Staff as always extremely friendly and helpful.

Brilliant location and gorgeous views

The view from the pools is incredible! Our room was a big size and the aircon worked great. The staff are lovely and there’s even some cats around! I cannot advocate for the location of this hotel enough, right by the pier and easily walking distance to all main attractions without being so loud you can’t sleep.

There is not enough sun loungers bear in mind there is lots of space to fit more, they were quite uncomfortable and tired, making your back hurt if you laid on them for a while. The adjoining room door meant we could hear our (quite loud) neighbours in the morning but we were always awake by then anyways so not sure if it would disturb our sleep.
